Budget Blues?

I've just sat and watched the BBC News and of course the headlines tonight are focused on todays budget. Much of it is beyond me - business tax, deficits, borrowing, and to be honest I am only really interested in what affects me and my family on a day to day basis. My nineteen year old son is triumphant because beer is coming down 1p per pint - I don't think he has thought this through really!
Airlines however are not so triumphant after the Chancellor increased Air Passenger Duty when they were actually hoping for a reduction.
In a joint statement, the chief executives of British Airways' parent IAG, easyJet, Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic said the planned rise in APD "beggars belief".
